Transportation Demand Management
TDM is the part of the work that tries to get more out of what already exists — shifting trips to times, modes and routes with room, rather than building new capacity for the peak.
It is also where most of our direct-to-resident programmes sit: the student pass, travel training, the guaranteed ride home and secure bicycle parking.
