About the four seats above
The Joint Powers Agreement gives Contra Costa County, AC Transit, BART and WestCAT a seat each on the Board alongside the five cities. Contact the Commission for current appointments to those four seats.
How the Board works
The Board meets on the fourth Friday of the month from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Meetings are open to the public and every regular agenda is posted at least 72 hours beforehand.
The Technical Advisory Committee, made up of staff from each member agency, meets on the second Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and advises the Board.
