Pay online, any hour
Village bills, license and permit fees, fines and real estate transfer stamps in one secure checkout. Save a payment method for next time, get an emailed receipt, and see every past payment in your account.
Customer Service Request
Report it, ask it, or recognize an employee
One form for a pothole, a streetlight out, a parkway tree, a concern or a compliment. Each request is routed to the responsible department and you receive a case number and status updates by email.

Overnight parking request
Overnight street parking needs a request. Submit the vehicle plate, address and dates online; the request goes straight to the Police Department.

Fences, driveways, decks, sheds and barns, interior alterations, furnaces, water heaters, mailbox repair, drain tile and drainage, miscellaneous electrical and plumbing.

Curbside recycling every week. Electronics and paint recycling plus document destruction at the Fall Recycling Event, Saturday Oct. 3, 9 a.m.–1 p.m., Wintrust Field.

SnowStat: see the plows move
Engineering and Public Works clears Village-maintained streets by priority route. SnowStat shows which streets have been plowed and when, and the Road Responsibilities map shows which agency maintains which road — so you know who to call.
