Residential additions & new construction

Additions, new homes and major alterations follow the residential permit process with plans reviewed by Permit Services.

New construction, alterations, fire-suppression systems and signs. Site and land development applications include a full set of engineering drawings.

Inspections are scheduled by Permit Services; planning and zoning questions, including zoning verification letters, go to Community Development.

Tell Permit Services what you are building and where. You will get a reference number now and a reply with the application, fees and any drawings required. Fees are paid through WebPay.
