What we collect

To enrol land in the incentive programme we collect your producer name as recorded with USDA, your contact details, your FSA Farm ID, Tract ID and Field ID, the state and county tied to that Farm ID, the commodity and acreage or pounds you are enrolling, and your AD-1026 conservation-compliance status.

Why we collect it

These identifiers are required by the data dictionary attached to USDA award NR243A750004G001. They let the programme match enrolled ground to existing federal farm records, verify practices in the field, and pay the correct producer the correct incentive.

Who it is shared with

Enrolment and verification data is shared with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service as a condition of the award, and with the partners delivering verification in the field — the Oklahoma Conservation Commission, the Oklahoma Association of Conservation Districts and local conservation districts. It is not sold, and it is not used for marketing.

How long it is kept

Records tied to a federal award are retained for the award’s required retention period, which runs beyond the 31 October 2028 end of the period of performance.
