How verification works
Fields are verified using WORMS — Working on Regenerative Management Systems, a field-data tool built on ESRI Survey123 by Oklahoma NRCS and the Oklahoma Conservation Commission. Verifiers record water infiltration, ground cover, soil structure and biomass. They are trained through Murray State College’s certification course.
Before you enrol
Enrolment is governed by the award’s data dictionary, so it asks for more than a name and a phone number. Have these ready:
- FSA Farm ID, Tract ID, Field ID
- Must match your existing federal farm records
- State and county
- As tied to that Farm ID
- Producer name
- Exactly as recorded on your USDA Business Partner record
- Commodity
- With acreage and/or estimated pounds
- AD-1026
- Conservation-compliance certification status
- Subsidiary Print
- Current-year print on file

How enrolment works
Five steps from paperwork to payment
- Prepare Gather your FSA Farm, Tract and Field IDs, county and AD-1026 status.
- Enrol Complete the producer enrolment online. You keep a PDF copy.
- Verify A Murray State-trained verifier records your fields with WORMS.
- Harvest Bring in the crop and report your pounds.
- Payment Your incentive is paid each January after harvest.
