Who we are

Against Da Grain Entertainment is an Atlanta record label operating in partnership with Epic Records. This site is run by the label. You can reach us at AgainstDaGrainMusic@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Store orders: your name, email address, shipping address and the items you ordered, so we can fulfil and ship the order and tell you about it.
• Tickets: the ticket holder's name and email address, so we can issue the tickets, send them to you and check them at the door.
• Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up.
• Contact and booking: whatever you send us by email or through the contact form.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages. Your card number never reaches our servers. When the store runs in demo mode, no payment is collected and orders are recorded for review only.

How we use it

To fulfil orders and tickets, to answer you, and, if you subscribed, to send release and show updates. We do not sell your details. Order and ticket records are kept in the label's own operating system and shared only with the people fulfilling them.

Cookies and storage

The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your bag, your last order and ticket confirmation, and your cookie choice live in your browser's local storage. Embedded YouTube and Spotify players and Stripe's checkout set their own cookies only when you use them. Details are on the cookies page.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
