Every level supports the same thing: paid training and transitional employment for Pittsburgh-area people, and healthier land for everyone. Amounts are the options from Landforce’s current giving form.

Supports the gloves, hand tools and safety gear a Crew Member uses every day on the trail.

Join a crew day, share a professional skill, host a mock interview, refer a candidate or hire a Landforce graduate.

Crew days: planting, trail work and clean-ups alongside Crew Members.
Employer partners: mock interviews, site visits and hiring at the end of the season.
Referral partners: case managers and community organizations who know someone ready for a crew.
Corporate partners: sponsor a cohort, hire a crew for your campus or buy responsible wood.
