Five authorized
providers
Vancouver Civic Theatres does not operate a box office. The presenter or promoter of each show chooses their own ticket provider. If you have a question about a ticket you already hold, contact that provider — not VCT.
Find the seller for your show
Every event on this site names its official ticket provider on the event page. Start from What’s On, open your show, and use the seller listed there.
Authorized ticketing providers
VCT and the City of Vancouver pre-qualify a set of providers. Under the Theatre Licence Agreement, a licensee must use one of them for all box office and ticket services in the theatre.

Buying safely
Tickets are often available at the venue box office on the day of the event, 1.5–2 hours before the show. Those booths are staffed by the official ticket seller or a local arts group.
VCT and its venues are not affiliated with ticket resellers. If a site is not the official provider named on the event page, VCT cannot help with refunds, seat changes or accessible seating.
