Technical specifications
Seating plans, lighting plots, fly lineset layouts and lobby drawings for each venue.
On the current site these are download-only. Seating plans, technical specifications and lighting packages are served as PDF, CAD, VWX, LW6 and XLSX files. In this demonstration the seating plans are rendered as accessible HTML with the source files still available to download, so a producer can check a capacity on a phone without opening a 2.2 MB PDF.
Authorized ticketing providers
The ticket provider you choose shapes your patrons’ first experience of the show. VCT and the City of Vancouver pre-qualify a set of providers, and the Theatre Licence Agreement requires a licensee to use one of them for all box office and ticket services in the theatre.
