Site visits and calls

We collect visited page paths, referrer site and path, browser user agent, screen size, device category, call-link clicks, and an approximate country, region, and city. Query strings are excluded. A first-party session cookie groups visits. Locations can be inaccurate and are not GPS locations.

Our server sends your IP address to ipapi.co to estimate location, with geojs.io as a fallback. After resolution, analytics event records retain only the IPv4 /24 network prefix (or IPv6 /48). A keyed hash of the IP caches the location for seven days; the analytics database does not retain the full IP. Hosting access logs may separately contain IP addresses.

Analytics respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Browser session storage remembers whether the newsletter card has appeared. Functional cookies support form security and staff login. Security rate limits use hashed IP addresses.

Newsletter and enquiries

Newsletter signup stores your email, optional first name, signup time, confirmation status, and a hashed confirmation token when email confirmation is enabled. The signup form states whether confirmation is required. To request removal or stop newsletter emails, call the shop.

Quote enquiries, including those started in the automated assistant, store the contact and tire details you submit for staff follow-up. Assistant questions are processed to provide answers from site information; conversation text is not saved as analytics.

Access and questions

Visit and signup records are visible to authenticated staff. Visit, enquiry, and subscription records remain until the shop removes them; expired location cache entries are removed during later lookups. For privacy questions or removal requests, call (520) 840-3961.
