Section 1299P of the National Defense Authorization Act amends the United States International Broadcasting Act of 1994 (22 U.S.C. 6201 et seq.), inserting Section 309A.
That section establishes the Open Technology Fund and sets out its purpose: to support programs that promote internet freedom globally.
