Website visits and approximate locations
We collect visited page paths, referral origins (without paths or query strings), browser user-agent, device class, screen size, visit times and clicks on call links. A first-party session cookie connects activity during your visit. We do not send form contents or chat messages to analytics. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
The server sends your IP address to ipapi.co, or GeoJS if the first lookup fails, to estimate city, region and country. Locations may be inaccurate or unavailable; we do not request GPS access. After resolution, this application stores only a truncated network address (IPv4 /24 or IPv6 /48). A salted digest identifies the IP lookup cache for up to seven days; failed lookups are retried after five minutes. The full IP is not saved in our analytics database. Hosting and geolocation providers may maintain their own logs.
Enquiries and newsletter
Quote requests and assistant enquiries are saved for the team to respond. Newsletter sign-ups store your email address, optional first name, confirmation status and sign-up time. When confirmation email is enabled, you must follow its link before your subscription is confirmed. Otherwise, the form clearly states that submitting confirms your subscription immediately.
Visit and enquiry records are available only to signed-in administrators. They remain until the team removes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule for those records. To request removal or unsubscribe, contact us using the details below.
