This resource is designed to increase primary care and behavioral health provider skills and confidence to assess patients’ chronic pain and to develop and implement evidence-informed, patient-directed care plans. Education will focus on effective patient-provider goal setting, risk mitigation, and communications strategies. Case studies will demonstrate how to apply what we learn to common clinical scenarios.
