Whether you and your family fish all the time, or you are just starting out and want to learn the basics, join us for Family Fun Fishing Night! Bring your own rod or borrow one of ours! Basic bait, tackle and guidance will be provided. You may also bring a picnic blanket dinner to enjoy a water-side feast as a family! Corn hole, connect 4 and other games will be available for those that need a break from fishing. Registration (one per family) is required. Fishing is catch and release only. No fishing license is required.

Need to freshen-up your follow through, strengthen your shot, or just try new targets? This intermediate archery clinic is designed to strengthen your existing archery abilities. Participants should have a basic understanding of archery. No equipment is necessary.

A fall family favorite! Explore a lineup of awesome trucks and community vehicles while collecting treats and giveaways along the way. Climb aboard, honk a fire truck horn, shift tractor gears, push buttons in law enforcement vehicles, and discover how these big machines work up close. Costumes for all are encouraged! Kona Ice and Travelin' Toms Coffee Truck refreshments will be available for purchase, weather permitting. Registration is not required, however registered participants will receive a cancellation email in the event of inclement weather. Please note: allergens will be present in some giveaways. If you have a unique vehicle you are interested in bringing to Truck or Treat to park and hand out treats, please email Jake Hensel at JHensel@cwpd.org for information. Please note: all vehicle requests must be approved in advance.
